Better late than never, right? 

It’s wild, how most of us start yoga just to look good in a mirror, only to realize it’s actually a full-blown "operating system" for the human body.

It’s way more than just stretching; it’s basically "Bio-hacking" at a cellular level. Once you realize it’s a "choose your own adventure" platform—where you can dial in anything from torching fat and toning up to crushing anxiety and fixing your sleep—there’s NO going back.

It’s an absolute game-changer for the immune system and focus, too. Honestly, the "mechanical exercise" phase is just the entry fee—the real magic is how it reboots your entire vibe.

Although it is a very late realization in my life, I still raised my sleeves to go after it.
